Officers of the Spring Bank Community Association are elected each January to take office February 1st . Any member of the SBCA may run for office, provided they are current on their association dues.

Committees
The Spring Bank Community Association (SBCA) Committees are volunteer positions within the community. Committees are open to all members of the SBCA. If you are interested in participating in one of the following proposed committees, or if you would like to suggest another committee, please contact one of the officers of the association.
- Communications & Publications Committee Facilitates communication among members of the community through a variety of print and electronic media.
- Neighborhood Watch Program Coordinates the functions needed to reactivate and operate this safety program with Fairfax County Police.
- Help a Neighbor Network & Welcome Basket Committee Welcomes new neighbors to our community and helps all neighbors who may be in need of assistance with household an other chores throughout the year.
- Community Outreach Social Committee Arranges and coordinates community-wide social events such as block parties and community yard sales.
- Membership Committee Maintains a data base list of residents of the community and actively solicits membership of those that are eligible.
- Special and Other Committees The Officers of the SBCA may establish special temporary committees from time-to-time in order to address an issue of particular interest to the community.
