The Spring Bank community is located in the Mt. Vernon District of Fairfax County, and is composed of the following streets: Beddoo Street, Belle Haven Meadows Court, Dawn Drive, Fairview Drive, Fleming Street, Oak Drive, Hulvey Terrace, Phillips Drive, Hampton Road, and Hillside Lane
The Spring Bank Community Association (SBCA) works to promote the common good and general welfare of all the people who reside in or own property in the Spring Bank community.
The SBCA helps keep members informed of developments and activities on local matters affecting the welfare and interests of the Spring Bank community, as well as providing a mechanism for members to communicate their wishes to county, state, and federal governments and to other civic and public organizations. The SBCA also strives to promote community and civic spirit among Spring Bank residents, through regular meetings and occasional neighborhood social functions and events.
The Bylaws of the Spring Bank Community Association were approved and adopted by member vote on February 18, 2014.
